Sony oled burn in risk

Netflix showing black bars on top bottom. I tried wide screen but it says feature unavailable why so

black bars are fine, that just means OLED has turned off the LEDs in those areas,

Check 8% gray screen & see if you notice vertical bandings.
Run panel refresh if it's been long while.
One good suggestion I've read is to keep screen away from direct sunlight & supply switch off when not in use.

only amazon prime runs in full screen all other streaming apps mostly show black bars on top and bottom. no burn in effect?

yep, no burn in for black bars but do run a panel refresh cycle tho
