Sony Vs Focal Or anything Else

Hi Group,

I am planning to set-up a HT system. I am looking for a total budget of 60-70k
with 30K probably for Receiver and remaining for 5.1 channel speakers with Subwoofer.

Want to check it out which one would be good. SONY or Focal(Some one suggested focal) or any others..

Just to add...am looking at Pioneer VSX 330 or Denon AVR 530 receivers.
