Speaker+amp?

Hi friends
I want suggestion for following---
A pair of speakers - price range 15-16k.
A stereo amplifier for suggested speakers to connect with my pc sound card or any external DAC - price range 5-6k.
Plz suggest products which are easily available online in India. Links will be helpful.
Simple and meaningful answer will be much appreciated as am a newbie.

Wharfedale 10.1 + norge 2060 or marantz pm 5004 fits into that budget! They sound wonderful at that budget.

Agree with what metalmickey has suggested.

Alternatively, you could also check out Norge's own bookshlef speakers which would be a good match with the Norge amplifier.

You could also look at active speakers (active speakers have the amplifier built into the speaker enclosure) such as Audioengine A2, A5 etc which fit within your budget for a single solution.

If you are willing to buy used, you may be able to get speakers and amplifiers of higher quality (than those discussed above) within your price range.
