Hi Everyone, I recently managed to acquire a used NAD 310 and am looking for a pair of speakers. Here are the specs from the datasheet:
Clipping power (max continuous power per channel) 25W
IHF dynamic headroom at 8? +3dB
IHF dynamic power (max short term power per channel)
8? 40W (17.0dBW)
4? 60W (17.8dBW)
2? 80W (18.7dBW)
I was really keen of Wharfedale 10.2 but the 6 ohm/86 dB rating scares me (I do know much about these ratings, but I assume higher ohm/dB rated speakers are easier to drive).
The budget is INR 15,000 and I listen mostly to western classical. Ideally, I would like a pair that I could use even if I buy a higher powered amp later.
Any help/suggestions would be appreciated. I am in Bangalore.
