Speakers for Yamaha 581

Guys any suggestions on which Sub woofer I should go for with Yamaha 581. Speakers would be either Polk RTi A5 or Dali Zensor 7.

I have heard Polk 125 but it is too huge.

On the forum I have read good reviews about Taga Harmony but not sure if that will match my AVT or Speakers.

My budget for the Sub is around ?25000

You have not mentioned the room size. I have a feeling that you are better off without a sub now. The two floorstanders you have shortlisted will give decent bass for now. Once you have got the hang of it then you can decide about the sub. Most likely you will need a higher budget sub to match your speakers.

The PSW 125 is huge but Taga subwoofers in your budget are not small either. You can browse through various subwoofer selection threads available in this forum. Below is the link to my post where I discussed my experience as well

Elac B6 / 5 and C5 should go really well with 581. I have a similar requirement for my purchase and what I mentioned is what my choice considering the budget. Polk Dsw550i or Velodyne Impact 10 will go well with the speakers.

Go for an audition and decide. :)

Finally the decision rests on Polk RTi A5. After auditioning almost everything in market, I finally purchased Polk RTi A5 and Polk CSi A4.

First Impression:
Since they are yet to break in, the highs are prominent. The Speakers are satisfying my need of music without any need of a Subwoofer. The speakers are able to rock my 250 Sq Ft room with ease.

Any Special care I need to take during break in period?

Purchase the Audiolab 6000A Integrated Amplifier at a special offer price.
