Speed Controller (NSC) for Lenco TT

I am in the process of purchasing the necessary electronics for an NSC build. Could you recommend someone who can build the chassis and handle the soldering and assembly of the electronics onto the pcb and chassis?
Who should I approach to purchase the transformers
(a) Power transformer - Toroidal 2 x 24V 80VA Secondary, 230V Primary and
(b) Output transformer - Toroidal 2 x 15V 80VA Secondary, 230V Primary?

Good option to go with NSC. I built this couple of years ago. I procured all parts from element14.com including both transformers.
