Hi Guys ,
for the past couple of months I have been working on a amp design and its finally complete. Man it was some hard work sweat and tears , but the final outcome has been very pleasant. The listening impressions have been phenomenal too , the lows are powerfull beyond comparison , while the mids are clear and very upfront , while the treble is ever-present and soothing on the ears.

thanks
Aniket Das

Nice build.

It is a very cool-looking amplifier.

The one obvious to me thing I do see, that will hold you back sound quality wise, is the type of speaker binding posts used. I would target them first, as a necessary parts upgrade.

Generally, you do not ever want to use speaker binding posts that have any sort of plastic parts on them. Plastic is a terrible terrible sonic degrade.

The most neutral and best sounding of speaker posts, that I am aware of, are the Cardas CCGR, and in your case, you would want to use their shorter length ones, used with a metal chassis' thickness.

Do not ever wildly over-tighten Cardas CCGRs with a wrench and high leverage, as you can strip their threads. Apply human feel and human discretion.

Have fun.

Nope there is a massive 1200W toroid inside that box
Congratulations.
Speaker out terminals Horizontally drilled would have been little better than vertical(+/-) if using direct speaker wires. With bana plugs no issue.

Is it possible to make a 3 Channel design with Similar Wpc ?

Great job with design. Waiting for videos in action.
Can you please share details of heatsink supplier?

Can you explain how plastic binding post degrades the sound? Isn't the contact points inside still metal ? Also what metrics do we have to Quantify the quality differences between binding posts ?
