Step Down Stabiliser for TV

Hi There ,

I am planning to import XBR-65X900E TV from US to India. Their Power Specs says - AC 110-240V, 50/60Hz (USA / Canada AC 120V, 60Hz) DC 24V.
Do I still need to buy Step Down Stabiliser to control Voltage? Any expert advice.

I also want to import a Sony TV from the USA! Do you know how you will import it? What's the cheapest and safest way possible?

I got a quality transformer from Aulten, my requirement was for USA 120v AVR, so had a long chat with Aulten executive, just to confirm the product compatibility and quality, they are very good at providing resolution and transformer quality is excellent.
