Both my HD STB are gving me problems the past 1 week. Requires repeated switching the power button- then the STB goes blank and takes about 2-3 minutes to reboot up. I had called up their Helpdesk but despite doing a reset ( Organiser/ Systems) the problem is not resolved. Planning to shift providers by next week so am not bothering TS again.
