I have 2 of the Rss390hf-4 15, had a friend carry it along on his visit here.
I have choice of 2 external amps. Crown XLS 1500 and Crown XLS 2002. (one is driving my fronts, other my current dual subs)
Room size is approx 20 x 15 ft.
Looking for some advice on design decisions.
1. Go sealed or ported, how do i decide?
2. What would be the recommended size for Sealed, and for Ported?
3. I don't mind having to sacrifice a bit on the lower end to get a smaller box size. But the recommended 9 cuft for vented is ridiculously huge.
4. What else should I be factoring in?
