How to do manual eq. And how do I know the sound quality is good and within safe range so that I dont damage my ears. I dont have any spl meter. Please help me out

System will not allow you beyond the safe range.
Again its your preference to fix the range according to your taste.

Is adding one more subwoofer will help?
If yes- what should I choose- Velodyne wiq or svs which brand and which is best
Since my receiver supports 2 subwoofer so that I can get sweet spot and may improve bass
So that I can hear good music and watch movies.

Definitely it will help to get smoother bass output.
Imo first you try tuning your receiver and find out the capabilities to the full potential and then look for upgrading speaker or adding subwoofer.
Ultimately u are the deciding person.
Simply adding speakers will not give tremendous output but,tuning the AVR can do.
If you are planning to add one more sub my option would be the same brand.if you are planning for 2nd sub with different brand try to sell the existing one and try to get same brand 2 nos if you willing to do.

10 is small go for 12 or 15 sub buy 1 if its not sufficient go for 2 sometimes buying 2 at once will fetch good deals
