sugesstions please regarding subwoofer connection

hi members help me out plz
i am using velodyne sub i have connected lfe from avr to lfe phono input to watch movies , when listening to stereo music i am using nad stereo amp i am connecting to the sub via speaker level input
my pb is while i am switching the amps i have to reconnect the sub accordingly

1.is there any switch like thing to change the input to sub or there any method to connect the sub
2. what will happen if both connections ie spkr level and phono are in use while using avr

thanks suraj but my plan is to switch between spkr level input and line level input without messing with connections

1) You will need a very high quality switch as the line level (phono) signal will be low voltage. Not aware of a ready solution but yes technically feasible.

2) No you can not connect as per Velodyne manual - extract below:

Important!!!
Do not use both LINE LEVEL and SPEAKER LEVEL connections simultaneously!
