Suggest - Home Theatre - Under 40k

Hi All,
This is my first post, i'm from Bangalore and looking out for a Home Theater priced between 35 to max 40k including Sub Woofer. I already have a Onkyo NR616 Receiver . Kindly suggest the options . ( 70% Movies and 30% Music ) .

Boston xs 5.1 starting from 24k is the best option, go for it.

I have heard bad reviews on the Yamaha Tower Speakers, correct me if im wrong.

You could consider Sonodyne Sonus range BS (11K) + center (5K) + rear dipoles (11K) + subwoofer (13K)... Approx 40K...
