I need your help in helping me decide a tv, i need a 65 or 75 inch model, should i go for better brands like sony, considering all the tvs last only a few years or what. Also need recommendations on a decent sound system for the tv

Depends on your budget and what you view it if its BD movies and OTT reliable brands makes sense since the support system is established.
If you are on a budget then any of the chinese brands should be good enough
