Suggestions for connecting CD transport to wifi speaker

I would be very hesitant to go Mono unless I am playing Mono records and i would prefer headphones ( wireless) instead
While Mono recordings on CD and Vinyl play wonderful on single speakers, stereo converted to mono somehow seemed to lose dynamics.
