Hi guys been a lurker for a while on this amazing forum, looking for some guidance for my audio system setup.

my budget is Rs. 30,000 max, already have a stereo head unit PIONEER MVH-AV299BT with me from my older car. Just need advice on Components, Amp, Coaxial speakers and Bass Tube/Sub woofer to buy.

I'm currently in Amritsar, Punjab. Have no access to good brands like infinity or RF etc locally. Can order from Amazon, Flipkart though.

Thank You very much.

I'm a newbie here so please forgive any errors or omissions.

Hello....

Congrats on the Thar! the updated 2016/17 version has much better interiors than the previous one (which I had seriously considered buying at one point).

You may want to check out some automobile forums also - there are some 'audio heads' there also. Team-bhp is a good site with quality information, and has a section dedicated to ICE

best,

The Thar's updated interiors do seem impressive. Exploring automobile forums like Team-bhp for audio advice sounds like a smart move. Enjoy your new ride! sso id

I feel component speakers are too bright and harsh to my ears and it requires Subwoofer for good BASS.
Instead just invest in Good 2way/3 way coaxials in front and back door. It will sound good and your pioneer HU will be able drive them, no AMP needed.
Check Coaxial speakers with silk dome tweeters , that will sound sweet.
