Technics sb-a52/53

I got a hold of these technics sb-a52/53 speakers out of a storage unit and I'm looking for any information on these. I don't know much about home audio but I have a newer sony receiver and was thinking about replacing the tweeters and midrange speakers. I know the ohm load for each speaker but I don't know where I can find replacmemts or newer speakers that I can buy and drop in them. Somebody help me out and tell me where I can find tweeters, mids, and subs so I can hook these up.

Any stock speakers of similar power handling and impedance should work. Keep an eye on the speaker sensitivity specs as well.
