Ten Action+ and Saam Marathi added in Tata Sky

Finally the day has come for all Tata Sky users esp Football lovers Ten Action + and Saam TV Marathi have been added. :yahoo: :clapping:

Ten Action+ (Channel No: 417)

Saam TV Marathi (Channel No: 840)

Ten Action+ is Free of cost to Annual Mega Pack and Annual Mega Lite pack subscribers, other subscribers can opt as an alacarte channel.

Saam TV Marathi is available in Marathi regional pack.

Also Sports Bonanza Pack is now Rs 1900, No info abt price of Ten action.

How is the picture quality of this channel on TataSky?
On dish TV, this is the best PQ sport channel, I find it very close to real HD.

Well... No offence, however Ten Action+ and PIX even in their FAKE HD avatar were few of the WORST looking channels in the league of Zee Studio, Times Now, ET Now, Ten Sports all in FAKE HD. So not sure if the name "HD" and slightly cleaner picture makes you feel such BLURRED channel look like REAL HD

I am not praising this as a HD quality channel. On my TV, this looked like the best looking Sports channel. No comparison to the TruHD quality of ICC world cup.
I recently (again) blasted Dish guys for not able to get Star HD channels, IPL HD and ofcourse the pricing/packaging.
Also, very cheap of them that they removed TEN CRICKET after they moved to HD premiere pack.

I hope blasting them help you as despite escalating to the nodal officers several time, they have not been able to properly ACT on the complaints.

Its funny, they say they have 35 HD channels, but still missing 5 to 6 REAL HD channels in their offering. Seems they would like to better stick to the FAKE HD upscaled channel as they do not need any additional tie-up to show these upscaled channels. Despite having maximum capacity to give maximum number of REAL HD channels, they seems to have chosen this way of CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMERS by telling they are offering 35 HD channels!

With the west indies Series which is going to be shown on Ten Cricket, they have nicely placed it in next level of HD package, so that customers will be forced to pay Rs.550 for couple of months. Really sick thinking.
Also, they are showing up messages related to high taxation in DTH industry and that they are working on it. This means, some more hike on the way??
