That is the most amazing thing I've read in a long time. I feel a bit sad too thinking about how many talents slipped through the cracks like Billy almost did. And didn't, all because of "those eyes".

The amusing thing is that I found this incredible story because of my interest in Keith Yates, the brilliant HT designer. Me being an HT (and room acoustics) tragic and all that.
