Team-

Having enjoyed my Oppo 980 H-Yamaha RXV 863- Wharfedale Evo-2-30s for a year and a half, I have decided to add a sub to the setup .

Over the past year and a half, the Evos have performed exceptionally well and they have just been becoming better by the hour. Though the bass is tight and controlled, I want the sub to free up the additional duty of my fronts, support the occasional movie watching and also to keep out the wall breaking and tile cutting noises that keep emanating from my apartment complex :).

I am starting out with a budget of 25-40 K and am heavily biased towards the SW 150 or the SW 250. However, I am not averse to trying out other brands too which are neutral.

I shall begin my auditioning journey this weekend in Mumbai and will be sharing the experiences in my quest for the sub!

Hey i went through the above links, not many choices if yr budget is 25k-30k.I need a 12 inch sub. How is polk dsw 600? Any other choices in that price bracket? Any info highly appreciated.

For excellent sound that won't break the bank, the 5 Star Award Winning Wharfedale Diamond 12.1 Bookshelf Speakers is the one to consider!
