M's system is surely an audiophile's dream. From an old conversation I remember him saying that he will pick up something irrespective of brand name if the sound meets his goal. That explains the myriad variety in the system. His standards are quite high. He is also known to be extremely knowledgeable about extremely high performance but obscure brands. Nice writeup. Thanks!
