ToSLink to RCA for SONY Home Theater

Guys I am having videocon D2h HD and Sony Home Theater.
I want to listen 5.1 audio delivered by d2h into home theater.
Now d2h is having optical fiber output (TosLink) for 5.1 audio but my home theater does not have input for that. My home theater is having only RCA (white and Red) input. Can anybody suggest me how to connect ?

1) Can I get the cable with on side TosLink and other side RCA?
2) Should I have to go for Digital to Analog converter but will this converter keeps the audio signal intact I mean will I be able to get 5.1 audio from RCA by using D2A converter?

Any help will be highly appreciated.

If your Home theater has 5.1 analog inputs, then you can buy an optical to 5.1 converter to get surround sound. If it has only stereo inputs, you won't get surround sound.

You wont be able to listen 5.1 sound using DAC as ur HT only has RCA input..
