I think this online site runs on its own. Nobody monitors the activities or respond to customers. I placed order for a car vacuum cleaner and few other stuff in 3 different orders on 12th Aug and have not received any of them yet.
Some observations:
- This site has no customer contact no. which clearly means they do not have an interest or strength to face any customer issues/ escalations.
- They do not seem to filter the sellers or monitor their service quality
- They openly promote some fake products like Casio Edifice. Many of other products seem to be of really cheap brand/ quality.
- The sellers are painfully slow in dispatching the products and many use some third grade courier service
- All my 3 orders are blocked with same courier company for reason "out of serviceable area". Why the hell they accepted the consignments in first place is not clear. It is not a Himalayan challenge to map pincodes to serviceability. Every other courier service can deliver at my place.
- They do not allow even to post a feedback on site about delayed service since the stipulated time is not over, no idea what is their expected TAT.
- Messages sent to the sellers do not elicit even a slight botheration from them.
- Mails sent to their so called management got no response.
- Now in order to get a refund, as per their policy, I have to wait till the product reaches back to the respective sellers.
- God knows when the seller will update the status accordingly
- God knows whether I would get a refund or not. And if it happens, I guess I have to waste another 2 weeks or so to get the money credited. (I have always wondered why it takes only 10 seconds to pay but takes several days for refund).
