Turntable info

Hi i grabbed a Marantz tt 140 turntable i was wondering of a fellow member can help me with counter rate it has no numbers and im not sure how to balance and anti skate.

It has a tonearm designed for P mount cartridge. The cartridges are supposed to be made of a uniform standard by various manufacturers and hence the tonearm has no user adjustable settings.

from the picture, the tonearm does have adjustable settings, kindly share a close up picture of the VTF and Anti-skate settings. I will guide you on both counts.

I aploigize not the tone arm im want to set up my anti skate . My question is im not sure how to set anti skate. My cartriage wieght 1.5 to 1.8 grams. No numbers on counter wieght or anti skate.

Here you go, check this out for calibrating the antiskate. Its the same for all turntables with an adjustable antiskate feature.
