I have an Akai AP 007 Direct Drive Automatic turntable in which the platter scrapes against the plinth, the stylus arm doesn't lower onto the record and the START/CUT switching mechanism doesn't work. (Oh woe is me!) Does anyone know of a good technician in Hyderabad? Alternatively, can any members located in Hyderabad with proficiency in repair and building turntables look into it and help?
