Hello everyone,
I’m new to HiFiVision and excited to join this community. Im from Bhubneswar,India
I’m looking for a pure sine wave UPS to run my home setup
My devices are:
•Sony 55X900H TV – 145W
•Sony Bravia Theatre Quad + SW3 – ~200W
•PS5 Disc Edition (launch model) – ~350W
•NVIDIA Shield TV Pro – ~40W
Total load: ~730W (~3.2A at 230V)
Budget: Not fixed
Requirements: True sine wave, quiet operation (high-res speakers), Reliability
Also read APC batteries die early and service is poor Is this true?
So far, I’ve shortlisted: 1. APC Back-UPS Pro BR1500G-IN (1500VA / 865W) – Amazon 2. APC 2200VA Line Interactive UPS (~1980W, pure sine) –
Would appreciate any other suggestions for quiet, reliable UPS options in India that can handle this.I’m open to buying both offline and online also any good shop recommendations in Bhubaneswar would be very helpful.
PS: My apartment has a generator, but since it takes 10–15 seconds to start so I want a UPS for the home theatre to protect the electronics from voltage fluctuations and surges and since I'm living in a rented house a I think a ups would be better solution than installing a home inverter
