Using RCA Interconnect as cable for Digital output

My streamer has digital output with specification "Digital output RCA 75 ohms: sample rates up to 192 kHz". To connect my DAC, I am using one of my RCA Cable - Luxman JPR-100, with specification "Conductor resistance: 26.4Ω/km or less (at 20°C)". Do I need to get any specific (matching) cable for optical output to get better quality of sound?

How is the sound quality of Luxman JPR 100 rca cable?

Now with streaming business on the rise cable manufacturers are targetting ethernet cables too which will make zero difference to your music.
Which Ethenet cable would you recommend then for streaming ?
Is there no difference between a Dlink supplied with the router and say a Belden.

No difference unless one is affected psychologically by the cost and touted advertisement claims. Shielded cables (contrary to what shield do) will bring in the power supply noise of switches and computers connected to these switches, to your streamer and you will have to spend a fortune in getting a so called audiophile switch. All switches are galvanically isolated using tiny torroidal transformers as in the below image. The moment you use a shielded cable you loose that galvanic isolation and then the only solution is to use high cost power supply for the switches and extremely high quality switch. Even a single shielded cable in the entire chain will destroy the galvanic isolation. If you use a shielded cables then surely you will see improvement with high cost swtiches, but not lower than the noise levels using a dlink ethernet cable and the humble dlink switch. Shielded ethernet cables are meant to reduce noise in the networking equipment in data centres where hundreds or thousands of cable go all over the place in a confined conduit. These shielded cables are meant to reduce the effect of switching noise affect the networking equipments.

For more details on these transformers
Transformers in a network switch, often called LAN transformers or Ethernet magnetics, are critical passive components that provide electrical isolation and ensure signal integrity for data transmission. They are usually found either as standalone modules on the circuit board or integrated directly into the RJ45 Ethernet ports.

Primary Functions
These transformers serve several essential roles to maintain a reliable network connection:
  • Galvanic Isolation: They provide electrical isolation (typically up to 1,500 Vrms) between the internal switch circuitry and the external Ethernet cable. This protects sensitive components from power surges, static electricity, and voltage spikes.
  • Common-Mode Rejection: By using magnetic coupling, they filter out high-frequency noise and electromagnetic interference (EMI) that can distort data signals, ensuring clear communication.
  • Impedance Matching: They match the impedance of the switch's internal chips to the twisted-pair Ethernet cable, which optimizes signal transfer and prevents reflections that could degrade performance.
  • Power over Ethernet (PoE) Support: In PoE-enabled switches, these transformers allow DC power to be injected into the same cable used for data without damaging the data-handling circuitry.
Types of Transformers Used
Depending on the switch design, transformers may appear in different forms:
  • Discrete Magnetic Modules: These are separate, rectangular components mounted on the PCB near the Ethernet ports.
  • Integrated RJ45 Connectors (MagJack): The transformer and common-mode chokes are built inside the metal housing of the RJ45 port itself to save board space and simplify design.
  • DIP vs. SMT: DIP (Dual In-line Package) transformers are often used in rugged or industrial switches due to their mechanical strength, while SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) versions are standard in compact consumer switches.
