Vasp Electronics, Faith electronics, MyPCB, Alfapcb reliable ?

As I already had few parts like powersupply, rectifiers and heatsink I though about making a diy amp from TDA7294. I was looking for bare pcbs. In early 2024 I had purchased board from vasp electronics/faith electronics from Madhya Pradesh.

While searching for Bare pcb I cam across these. It had mono channels PCBs for sale. All PCBs look the same like VASP and FAITH and MyPCB.

however not sure about its reputation I contacted the Mobile no. given and asked questions. No answer were given. However Mobile no. on website was same as I previously purchased. Also the same name appears on amazon.

So I thought the alfapcb.com is genuine and ordered 2 mono pcbs on 11th July. However there is no reply from the mobile no. and no pcbs are received. I complained and said will take action but no response. No one picks up the phone. No tracking shipping details are given.
Any one knows reliability of these ?

Never had an issue with Vasp electronics and they are prompt.

No experience with alfapcb.

At around feb 2024 i also had purchased pcb.

Alfapcb has same mobile number. They also deal with faith electronics name.

No one is picking up phone.
When asked on whatsapp about alfapcb which has same number no answers were given.

This is a very common problem with Indian brands. I messaged Doogesound for full T/S parameters on Whatsapp, no response. I called, no response.

PCB cost was not much around Rs. 177 for two channels. In 2024 I had also communicated with the owner. But things have changed now it seems. Atleast he should have said alfapcb is not his website or taken action against it since it has same mobile no. and address (Itarsi, M.P.)

My grandfather had bought Pioneer stereo system from Muscat in late 70s (or early 80s). And in around 2010 (after almost 30 years) I contacted Pioneer Japan for Schematic service manual for the same. They did reply and said we dont share service manual and suggested to visit Pioneer service center in Mumbai.
