No personal experience. But Vincent is well regarded and a reasonably priced German brand. There were few folks on here using Vincent gear in the past with very good results.

Coming to the specific amp in question, it is a hybrid with a tube input and SS output stage with only 25 watts output. Going to 35 watts into 4 ohms. Not great figures and indicate a very limited head room when encountering lower impedence demands from the speakers. This will limit your speaker choices heavily. Considering the asking price of USD 800/- excluding shipping and customs, I feel you can get a better SS amp for the same money and add a tube buffer later for the same sonic end result. And you are also paying for a dac which you might not actually need. All the best.
