VU 75 Inch 4K TV - Is this a good buy?

I am looking for a big screen TV and came across this budget prived option - Is this a good buy?

What is the difference between the Pixelight range and this?

Vu tvs are good in picture quality. But problems are :
1 . 4K tvs consume too much power. My EB bill got doubled ever since I purchased my 50 inch 4k tv
2. The USB ports produce lots of heat. One of my sandisk pen drive got ruined due to this overheat.
3. The menu, navigation etc are not much intuitive.
