VU TV Vibe 50 inch

There is a peculiar problem on my new VU vibe 50 inch google TV. The ARC port connected to my Blaupunkt SBW100 once the external speaker is on and changed to HD mode then the TV video goes away and back after 2-3 seconds. Again on turning off the external the sound to tv does not restore till power is turned off the external. Suggestions pls.

• Is this happening now first time when you connected? Or never face this issue until now?
• Have you tried with a different HDMI cable? Sometimes the cable is the culprit.
• Would suggest trying out trouble shootings steps available in the Owner's Manual - Blaupunkt SBW100.
