Want to Audition Energy Take Classic in Delhi/NCR/Chd But where ??

i really want to audition these speakers before ordering....

i too did a hunt for them a month back. Reliance digital ambeince had a damanged set thats it.. Didnt find them anywhere else.

Amazon is the only source....costs around 31k but i want to listen these speakers before i go ahead and order the reviews are Rave all across the internet.....

has anybody auditioned the Boston Soundware xs 5.1 ? ...this is my second option if not energy....

@az : it is very much in production thougn RC_micro an upgraded model also exists...

@shashant : same here m struggling to demo them...did u buy any other Htib then ?

thanks kittu. The page says out of stock. is there a new model from the same manufacturer in the same class. before joining the forum, i never hrd of such a brand as energy. But once i started googling, the reviews across net were all good. Its too bad that general public is not aware

yeah it is indeed out of stock .... Energy has its highly priced FS range presence in india[GGN MGF MALL] but not the Take classic and its newer version.....and there are no clues whether they plan to....

this is the first speaker system about which i have not heard any CRITIC review..... All 4 star n above.....

yeah .. Would like to hear atleast once before ordering. Also the subwoofer in the 5.1 is active rit? Wont it be an issue if we buy from amazon. I dont want to buy stepdown for the subwoofer alone. To avoid using stepdown, i bought avr 1911 from india itself.

Yeah .... with Amazon will come step down n warranty accessibility issues....
let us hope that these speakers are available with some local retailer this festive season..too optimistic it sounds

You can audition in GGN Mall if there is no damage to the tweeter and driver parts, and order from amazon or crutchfield. Trust me if the package reaches you safely , you are good for few years ... Speakers dont run into issues that often if paired with a perfect amplification.

Hi Ny,

I ended up buying used Boston acoustic vR2 floorstanders from Danny, Bass n trebble, dwarka.. For BA xs you can audition them in lajpat rai market,chandni chowk. I called that guy but didnt go for the audition.

but i strongly feel that these masterpieces will be available with some retailer very soon....

Meanwhile i am considering the Boston as a strong contender after Take classics....

RC Micro [upgraded take classic] is also an option but costly

true. Micro is way over budget and smaller compared to classic
