I think there are 2-3 options.
One is the Violet set up which is in the range of 50-60 k. Here's the link:

The other is the Sony blu ray set up where the rear surrounds dont have to be connected to the player. They just connect to a separate unit which rests with the rear speakers. This unit then communicates with the player wirelessly. This will cost you around 39k.

Refer this earlier thread regarding sony wireless speakers http://www.hifivision.com/av-lounge/22125-potential-consumer-complaint-against-sony-india.html seems availability can be a issue sometimes. Better check thoroughly before buying
