I am a noob as far as my knowledge is concerned in AV Concepts.
Well, I want to setup a good AV System to go with my Computers (Dell PC/MacBook Pro). I was thinking of getting a small AV Receiver and a pair of Bookshelf Speakers but want to know if I have options in the 18-20K Budget that I have. My usage would be 95% music and 5% movies on the PC. I was thinking of getting the following:
1. Philips MCD110/94 as a AV Receiver.
2. Polk Audio TSi 100 Bookshelf Speakers.
I am willing to gladly consider other equipment provided it fits into my budget. Does the above make sense atall. Please share your valuable inputs.
