Western Digital WD Elements play

WD Elements Play 2 TB Multimedia Drives ( WDBACB0020HBK )

Anybody has seen or used this? Quite obviously it is returns to basics. But seems to play almost all file formatss. No wifi no ethernet etc, loading only vis USB. But 2TB capacity HD (included) seems enticing. The price appears to be around $200. Has anybody any idea about availability in India?
