Apologies if I missed an existing thread.
I am looking for new speakers for my desktop. Clarity, smooth fatigue-free sound and ability to use with my cell phone for audio conferencing. Usage Mostly online videos and to check out which of my CD tracks to rip with EAC.So it must not spoil the sound to the extent I will decide not a rip a track that otherwise sounds good. Coz I will be throwing away my vast junkyard of CDs after ripping. I get only once chance to decide (after having spent so much) - for lack of time/inclination to repeat review.
Listening distance always 3ft or less for private listening without eavesdroppers spying. I wont mind (would prefer) a laptop usb soundbar if the bass is articulate and its not tinny or muddy. Something better than the Z305 though. I dont want to sacrifice table space for the speakers.
Frequency response ruler flat from 20hz to 30khz.
OK kidding!
Is the Gigaworks T20 or T40 overpriced? What sounds better at lower price?
PS: Someone please suggest me a Bose ...
hyeah:
Thanks
