What are the Class D amp/power amp options available in India, Preferrably around 100W or 1L range?

Since your budget is 1L, stay away from kits and buy readymade units from Yamaha, NAD and companies like that. The kits are good for experimentation, but dont work for regular long term listening. It is not the sound, but just the build and reliability.

If you can get your hands on an Apollon, that will be a great buy.
