What can one buy HK duty free ?

Hi,

One of my friend will be traveling via HK to India in the next few days. I was wondering if Buying a Integrated Amplifier from there is cheaper option. Any idea what brands are available there ? Would it be possible to pickup something like Topping TP20 from there ? Any suggestions for some nice Integrated Amplifier in the ~15-20K bracket ?
