Welcome to the forum. If you definitely have to choose between the two, then my vote goes to the denon Ceol, as it has been a product much tweaked over almost a decade and has evolved over many iterations into what it is today. Some of its predecessors were award winners too.

And it has an inbuilt Heos streaming engine, which while a bit iffy at times, is usable. But there are many alternatives at the prices you are looking at. Some questions to ponder - Do you absolutely need a CD player, a DAB tuner etc, or is your use case mostly streaming. In which case the funds might be better allocated else where.

Did you consider smart streaming speakers like sonos or bluesound which can be paired into a stereo pair for stereo music if desired.
