Hello all, I wanted to know that online shopping is safe for buying any home products. Because i have heard many time customer are cheated by merchant. They won't delivered proper products that has been ordered by customer. Please suggest me online shop is safe or not and also suggest me best online portal for Lowest price home appliances.

I shop from amazon.in and flipkart.com, and never faced any issue till date. In amazon, please check the seller rating and feedback before you place the order. Try to stick to a trusted seller with 90%+ positive feedback. Also in case if you receive a faulty product, amazon will help you to get a refund (atleast theoretically). Also, amazon look for amamzon fulfilled deals which can be trusted more.
To sum it all, there is always a risk when you order online, but try to do your homework before placing the order and you can avoid the risk to a limit.
