Wifi camera (Possible to use without wifi)

I have 4 mi 360 wifi cameras. Recently when back from a trip, I found some things missing & going through the footage found all my cameras had been turned off for 17 mins.

I realised that all it takes is turning the wifi off.

Is there any way to prevent this or any particular camera that I can replace these with that work & record 24/7?

Fool proof way is to have a DVR installed. All the cameras are separately connected through a coaxial cable with power provided separately to each camera. The recordings are saved in the DVR's harddisk and can be played back anytime. For this setup you may probably need a dedicated monitor or you can also use an existing one.
