Please suggest...
1. Any leading brands
2. Pros and Cons
3. Compatability issues with LED TV, HD-STB, Computer and AVR.

I can think of the following 3 models for wireless HT

AudioPro LV3 FS - 1.25 lakhs for a pair (very good reviews)
AudioPro Addon Top20 FS and its associated components (very recently released) - price not available
Aperion Intimus 4T Summit Wireless 5.1 System

Violet is started by Ashish Aggarwal, who worked in the US with Harman for many years, and is Bangalore based. It is compact and for its price it performs fairly well.
