Hi Everyone,

Need some advice on an interesting problem I am trying to solve.

I have a pair of active speakers and a soundbar, for which I need to use the same subwoofer. The active speaker's hub and the soundbar, both have mono RCA sub out, and the subwoofer has a mono RCA sub in as well.

I want to make the subwoofer wireless, and for it to switch between the sources automatically based on where the signal is coming from since I will only be using one of them at a time.

I researched and found, these 2 devices combined should bring me closer to my solution

Problem with this solution/approach
1. Switching is manual. I would love for it to be automatic.
2. Since I am only using mono RCA cables everywhere ( source and destination ), there should exist a better, sleeker solution which only has just what I need.

Any thoughts? Any better solutions?

Also, found this, not sure how to go about this though

Thanks a lot for looking and sharing your opinions!

Regards!

You need an auto av selector switch which can be connected to the wireless transmitter.

I have this which I got in 2006.
