Hi

A used 3yr old 100Hz 29" CRT in good condition is for sale.
Is it worth considering (~ 20K asking price)?

Pros: 100Hz CRTs no longer available
superb clarity ? comparable to newer technology

Cons: discontinued model - ?? support when it fails
no longer in warranty (ofcourse).

Thoughts, comments welcome.
Thanks.

20k sounds too darn high. Is it a Sony or Panasonic? Newer models cost around the same (maybe under 25k) and I believe 100hz is still available. No way would I pay that much for a used, 3 year old used model! Maybe 12-14k at best.

3 K
