Hi,
I am looking for speakers to pair with Yamaha RX V571. Few points about my future set up,
1. I have bought so far rx v 571, WD live hub media player, 35ft HDMI and a PJ mount. Planning to get the rest of the stuff by July latest
2. Its for a dedicated room 20 ft x 13.5ft (with windows, false ceiling and a fixed screen around 110"), PJ Optoma HD20(yet to be bought but decided on it).
3. Movies : Music --> 80 : 20
4. More of a basshead (may go for JBL ES250W sub or Velodyne Impact :yahoo
5. Budget is 100k max for 7.1 (may settle for 5.1 if tight on budget)
6. Though want to go for bipolar surrounds, may avoid it if tight on budget. Focus is more on sub, front tower(or BS?!) and center in that order.
7. Not interested in going for speaker packages.
Please give your inputs for the whole set up (5.1 or 7.1).
Since a sub like JBL ES250 will take care of the LFE, I am looking for FS with very good mid/hi but average bass. Is something like it available? or should i stick with bookshelves then?(whose price is equivalent to FS so its mid/hi is excellent compared to FS)
I will audition in bglr based on your suggestions, taking this AVR along with me...personally i like klipsch RF 52's, Wharf 9.x, Heco 501(not yet auditioned but amazon.de pricing :lol
thanks,
saravanan
