2019 was a major system overhaul for me where I upgraded most of the components. More importantly I am very happy with the outcome and discovering more music than anytime before.

Components added : ATC SCM 40 V2 speakers, Gryphon Callisto amp , Schiit Gungnir multibit dac and some XLR , speaker cables and basic room treatment.

And sad part is many are still unused at home and I am at onsite

Plan for 2020:

2019 was a big step for me in terms of stereo.

Turned to headphones.
In 2018 I bought schiit bifrist dac to support marantz 8004 and wharfedale 9.5

Since the new baby in the house, I have decided to keep the HT off for a while.
So the first step is triple driver with iPhone.

Bought ATH M50X in Jan and it is fantastic with meridian explorer dac

In March I bought Schiit asgard to power HD598SE and it is a remarkable experience.

In December took the plunge and bought the Audeze LCD2 classic.

Understanding the nuances now

How is the tweeter less setup? Do you have any posting on your ICE buildup? Hard to see a car audio fan these days.
