2.1 ch hometheater for LCD TV

Nice to join this forum.

I had been looking for buying a 2.1 Ch home theater / surround sound speakers to connect with my LCD TV in Bangalore. Mainly i am looking at speakers, amplifiers which can provide dolby, dts sound effects. I was amazed with the performance of Bose 2.1 ch system cinematic series but it was beyond my budget.

So please help me.

what is your budget? Based on the budget, a sound bar + subwoofer might be the easiest option.

For these effects, you need to put speakers behind the listener.

While some sound bars do claim to support these, it s a marketing gimmic.
