For more advanced concepts search for articles by Douglas Self or Randy Sloane. They have both written excellent books on the concepts and practice of designing audio amplifiers.
I realised a week or so ago (while attempting to answer a request for tips on biasing an amplifier) that it is impossible to cover all the material at hand -- even on a concept that appears, superficially, to be trivial. A book is the most effective way to learn the fundamentals, as was pointed out by tcpip.
