32" full hd - best deal any?

Hi All,
I have been searching through this forum and few others but couldn't decide on this.

I'm looking for a 32" full hd lcd somewhere arnd 35K. My purposes would be mostly to play divx/avi movies through my WD HD TV, though those movies are not full hd.

Any suggestions? I was looking at Samsung LA 32 B530 P7R (Rs.35K), Philips 32 PFL5609, LG 32 LH35FR(Rs.32.5K). Sony seems to be bit more than my limit.

Also, is there any good deal going on in chennai (apart from samsung/sony diwali offer) and which shop would be best to buy lcd tvs considering their service, promptness, rates. after all, we all are looking for cheap and best. isn't it.

Update:
I just enquired over phone (so may be not a better price)

Sony KLV 32 V550A - Rs.43K
Panasonic 32 S10 - Rs.45K

So, please suggest me on either samsung or lg as above in my budget. and where to get this in chennai.

as most of the forum says you cannot see n appriciate a full hd picture on 32 Incher.
So why not stretch yourself and buy a 42" plasma which may not be 1080 p ,bt prices start from 38 K?
