You could take a look at this unit from Polk Audio. Polk Audio TL1600, priced at 42k. However, you can expect a 10% from Pro Fx.

Hello,

You can look at Taga TAV-606 SE 5.0 speaker system. Should cost you anywhere between 27-30k. The saved 10-12k you can use to buy a good subwoofer later on by adding 10-15k more. IMO this system should be better than any 5.1 you can get for under 50k.
